GyroSmart Survey Tool
| The GyroSmart survey system uses MEMS butterfly gyros. This system allows you to survey accurately in drill holes in highly magnetic rock or drill holes with casing or drill rods still in the hole. This allows surveying in core holes, RC holes, oil field exploration holes and geothermal holes. This also eliminates the risk of having the tool in an open hole with other elements that can cause damage or loss of the tool. The picture on the right shows the GyroSmart tool downloading data with its running gear, handheld computer, and carrying cases.
